My parents at Gwich'in Park
Shane's parents took us out for a boat ride. We had planned to go to Aklavik so my parents could see where we will be moving to in September but after travelling several rivers we reached the Mackenzie River and it was too windy to continue. So we never made it to Aklavik but had a great time anyway.

So we never made it to Aklavik but had a great time anyway.Despite quite a few days of clouds and rain (and 40 degree weather!) we still have been able to get out to see and do a lot of things. We are really enjoying the midnight sun!
