My Boy

Here are some more pictures of my William. I guess most my posts will be about him for quite a while. He is my buddy and I am teaching him to love cuddling and kisses. Hehe.

T-Bone loves William.

I love it when he smiles!

Merry 2 days ago was Christmas!

William's first Christmas. He is crying because he was getting hungry. Notice his new slippers that he got for Christmas. They are so cute!
You can sorta see his handsome dark hair in this picture. I will try to get a better one of his hair soon.
My Christmas present from Shane :-) He surprised me Christmas morning with a puppy, T-Bone. He used to belong to Shane's mom but she had to get rid of him. For the past month or so I didn't hear her talk about getting rid of him anymore and I sorta wondered why but would have never thought it was because Shane got him for me. He looked so cute when Shane brought him to me with this big red bow on him.

My William again. This time he is crying cause he is about to get his diaper changed. He really doesn't cry that much...just when he is hungry or getting a bath or that kinda stuff.

The nurse came to see William the day after we got home from the hospital

These pictures are from the Christmas play at church. It was Sunday night and PACKED FULL. They actually ran out of chairs. It was the biggest crowd they have ever had for a Christmas play. Shane's parents played the main characters. Everyone did a really good job.

Tomorrow Shane and I leave for Aklavik. We are going for the Thursday night service then we are going to stay for a Christmas Eve service. The ice road opened this week so we will be driving over. Then we will come back here for Christmas Day. So, since I probably won't be posting again before Christmas...MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Our Little Baby

We are very happy to finally have William with us. He is the cutest baby ever! I am having a lot of fun with him. I love the faces he makes (when he is asleep and awake). It makes me laugh. So here are a few pictures of William Adoniram Judson Gordon.

Directly after he was born. Because of everyone's prayers the labor went really well (and pretty fast).

My William. He weighed 7 lbs 8.5 ozTalking to my family afterwards

Shane has changed WAY more diapers than I have. He is such a help to me.

40 weeks and 2 days

As you can see, baby is still in there. I had an ultrasound and non stress test on Friday. They both showed that baby is pretty happy in there. But my doctor said that baby didn't move as much as he had hoped and he doesn't really like leaving a baby in there much more than a week past the due date. So tomorrow morning I will have another non stress test. After that my doctor will decide when to induce me (if baby doesn't come before that). He said that Wednesday would be the latest he would wait. So not long now...just a few more days :-) We will find out tomorrow morning.

Almost There

Well, today I am 40 weeks! Thankfully my doctor is back in town now so I can have him deliver the baby instead of the doctor I have been seeing (and don't really want delivering the baby). I am thankful that God worked that out. So now hopefully baby will come soon. Shane will post on his blog pretty soon after the baby is born so that way you all can see some pictures and such. So, keep an eye on his blog.

Not much else is going on here. It is getting pretty cold...I think last night was the coldest so far. This morning it is -19 F. Pretty chilly but not too cold for a short walk (as long as you are bundled up). I take TBone out every day and he loves burying his face in the snow as he runs. So anyway...that is all for now.
