Getting Closer

I am so excited to see all my friends this weekend (and dissapointed not to see Momma). Shane's parents got here this morning. We are going over to the Webb's house (where Shane's parents are staying) tonight for supper. Shane's going to be staying there, too, up until the wedding. So, things are starting to fall into place. Today was sorta the first day of seeing things put together after months of planning. I am excited for it all.

Been A While

I thought I would give a quick update while I have a minute.

Shane and I have been busy non stop since he got here last Tuesday. We have been running around doing errands for the wedding everyday. The only thing left as far as errands go is to get a new guitar case that will be safe on the plane. Then after that it's just stuff like picking people up from the airport. So, we will still be busy.

We got our marriage license yesterday. Thanks for my mom planning ahead we had everything that we needed for that. Also yesterday we met with the lady who is making our cake. Shane and my mom tasted a sample and we chose what design we liked. It looks like eyelet. It's really pretty. The lady making it is a friend of mine and she is going to make it beautiful.

We are headed to Knoebels today so I must go help get ready. I can't wait to see all of you again.

My Shane

Well, I noticed it has been quite some time since I last posted. Time has been flying by. We have been making a lot of preperations for the wedding in the past few weeks. Once Shane gets here (next Tuesday...6 days!!!) we will be able to do some things that he has to be here to do. We will do things like getting our marriage license, going to visit with the lady who is making our cake to decide exactly what we want, and other things like that. We will be busy. I wrote down all the things that we need to do, we are left with 5 free days. We will be very busy. So, anyway, that is what's going on with me.
